Manzilian Etiquette Disclaimer

First, let’s address the elephant in the room…
Is it normal to get an erection while getting a manzilian wax? Short answer: it can be. Is it necessary or helpful in any way? Absolutely not.
We are trained professionals and can get the hair off your skin without an erection. We understand that this can simply be an adrenal or physiological response that can’t always be controlled. There’s no need for you to be embarrassed! It’s an issue that usually resolves on its own (i.e. pain). We can sometimes work around it, although it does make our job more difficult. However, if it does impede our work, we will step out and ask you to take a moment to relax before we can resume the service.
When does it become a problem?
We have a strict no tolerance policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior. That means no flirting, no awkward questions, no comments about your penis or anything of a sexual nature. Please don’t disrespect our team by making suggestive comments. And definitely don’t mistake our kindness for flirtation.
If you wouldn’t do it at your doctor’s office, don’t do it here.
To us, skin is skin and body parts are just body parts. We will always do our best to help you feel comfortable in what can otherwise be an awkward or vulnerable position. We provide professional services and ask our clients to respect our waxers as the professionals that they are.
If a client makes our staff uncomfortable, we will remove you from the service. We will immediately end the service, still charge you for it, and then you will be blacklisted from our studio and others nearby. Just don’t do it.
We love our jobs and we enjoy making people feel confident. We believe that every person deserves a professional service, we just ask that you treat us with the utmost respect. We take every step to ensure the professionalism and safety of our waxers so we greatly appreciate you reading, understanding & following our Etiquette Disclaimer guidelines.
