How does the waxing membership work?
After you sign up, you’ll be automatically billed on the first of each month. Each billing cycle adds a service credit (like a Brazilian or brow wax, depending on your plan) to your account.
You can use your credit anytime during the month—whenever it fits your schedule. Think of it like a gym membership, but for smooth skin.
Are there any sign-up or cancellation fees?
Nope—none. No hidden fees, no surprises. Just consistent savings on your waxing services as a thank you for being a member.
Do I need to sign up before my appointment?
Totally up to you. You can sign up online ahead of time to make checkout faster, or you can join in-studio during your visit and pay the discounted membership price instead of full price that day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—with a quick heads up. We ask for at least 5 business days’ notice before your next billing date so we can process your cancellation in time. See the link below to cancel easily when you're ready.
Is a Brazilian wax membership worth it?
Absolutely. You’re saving at least $19 every month on your Brazilian wax alone. On top of that, members get 10% off retail, 10% off additional services, a birthday gift, and access to exclusive monthly promotions.
How often should I get waxed?
Most clients come in every 3–5 weeks, and a membership makes it easy to stay consistent while saving money. If you wax less frequently (every 2–3 months), a membership may not be the best fit—but our Series Packages (3, 6, or 12 services) are a great option. They never expire and can be used whenever you're ready.
If I miss a month, do I lose my money?
Of course not! As long as your membership is active, your benefits/services will roll over month after month.
