The 411 on how to make your visit go smooth af

  • Scheduling an Appointment
    If this is your first appointment with us you will be asked for your credit card to hold the appointment as well as your full name, phone number, and cell service provider (so we can send you text reminders). Those without a credit card are invited to try us out on a walk-in basis.
  • Walk-ins
    We are generally busy so we recommend scheduling in advance. We do however take last minute appointments so check out our online booking or give us a call first and we would love to schedule you in.
  • Rescheduling and Cancellations
    We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do to, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy and any credit card that you have on file will be automatically charged, according to the policy below: *Cancellations and Reschedules within 24 hours* will be charged $15 per service at the time of cancellation. *No Show* appointments or those without at least 1 hour minimum notice will be charged $15 per service PLUS 18% gratuity for the esthetician that you were scheduled with. Members who no show will have the option of voiding that month's prepaid service or paying the fee and rescheduling their prepaid service. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We are an appointment-based business and we schedule especially for you. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Late Arrivals
    Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a couple minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged accordingly.
  • Groupons
    Groupons and similar promotions are for first time clients ONLY as is stated on the voucher. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. If you have visited us before and recently purchased a Groupon, please contact Groupon for a refund or gift your voucher to a friend.
  • Planning to bring a friend?
    You may bring a friend but only clients receiving services are allowed in the private wax rooms. Due to COVID-19, our policies surrounding guests has changed. View all you need to know here.
  • Planning to bring a child?
    We know it's not always possible to leave your little ones with a sitter. If your children are well behaved and can occupy themselves, feel free to bring them along. We kindly ask that babies and screaming little ones stay with a sitter. Although it doesn't bother us, it may bother our other clients that are using this time to escape their own screaming little ones at home.
  • Payment
    We accept Visa, MC, and Discover. Gratuities in any form are always appreciated, but cash or Venmo is preferred. If you are happy with your service, a tip of 15%-20% of the regular service price is typical. (of course the actual amount is up to your discretion!) *As of June 2024 we are adding a minimum required tip of $32 for women's full body waxes and $48 for mens full body waxes. Although you can tip any amount above the minimum, please let this serve as notification that your card will be charged the minimum unless discussed with your waxer differently.
