TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Salt Wax Society. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, enrolling in a membership, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged 50% of the service price

  • No-shows may be charged 50% of the service price plus applicable gratuity

  • Same-day reschedules may be accommodated when availability allows

By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.

Membership Terms

By enrolling in a Salt Wax Society membership:

  • You authorize recurring monthly billing on the 1st of each month

  • Each billing cycle adds a service credit to your account

  • Credits may be used anytime during the active billing period

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time with at least 5 business days’ notice before the next billing date

  • Unused services will be forfeited upon cancellation

  • We do not offer refunds on unused membership benefits or rollovers.

  • Prepaid services, memberships, and packages are non-refundable but may be tranferable in some cases.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we may need to:

  • Shorten your service

  • Reschedule your appointment

This ensures we stay on time for all clients.

 

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any conditions that may affect their service, including:

  • Skin sensitivities

  • Medications

  • Recent treatments

Salt Wax Society reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise safety.

Salt Wax Society is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities not disclosed prior to service

  • Results that vary based on individual skin or hair type

Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • Promotional offers may have expiration dates and restrictions

  • Discounts and promotions cannot always be combined

Limitation of Liability

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
