If this is your first appointment with us you will be asked for your credit card to hold the appointment as well as your full name, phone number, and cell service provider (so we can send you text reminders). Those without a credit card are invited to try us out on a walk-in basis.

We would love to see you any time it works for you. However, we are very busy and recommend scheduling in advance. We take last minute appointments so check out our online booking or give us a call first and we would love to schedule you in.

At Salt Wax Society, we value your time, our team's time, and the experience we create for every guest. To help us continue providing the best service possible, our cancellation and no-show policy is as follows:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the regular service price.

• Missed (no-show) appointments will incur a 50% charge of the regular service price.

Deposits are required to book some services including but not limited to Brow Laminations and Lash Lifts. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show.

We understand that life happens, and we always do our best to be flexible when we can. These updates help us protect the time and livelihood of our team members, and keep appointment availability open for all our guests.

Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a couple minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, you WILL be considered a "last-minute cancel" and will be charged accordingly.

Groupons and similar promotions are a great way to try us out! Please keep in mind that we cannot accept more than one Groupon per client per year.

You may bring a friend but only clients receiving services are allowed in the private wax rooms. Your friend will be asked to wait in the lobby.

We know it's not always possible to leave your little ones with a sitter. If your children are well behaved and can occupy themselves, feel free to bring them along. We kindly ask that babies and screaming little ones stay with a sitter. Although it doesn't bother us, it may bother our other clients that are using this time to escape their own screaming little ones at home.

We accept Visa, MC, and Discover. Gratuities in any form are always appreciated, but cash is preferred. If you are happy with your service, a tip of 15%-20% of the regular service price is typical. (of course the actual amount is up to your discretion!)

*We have added a minimum required tip of $32 for women's full body waxes and $48 for mens full body waxes. Although you can tip any amount above the minimum, please let this serve as notification that your card will be charged the minimum unless discussed with your waxer differently.
